The Daily Burn with Rachel & Mr. Donavan!

Thank you to all who shared week one of the Daily Burn! We are so appreciative to all the shares, likes, tags, invites. To join in, see the info below! In case you didn't know what it's all about, allow us to describe to you what's it all about!

• Monday thru Thursday - 4:00 PM (Ages 5 & up!)
• Monday thru Thursday - 4:40 pm (Ages 2.5 to 4 yrs.)
• Log into www.zoom.com - Enter our ID: 757-124-3737.
• We jump, run, kick, punch & laugh our way through a-half hour of movement followed by stretching.
• No equipment required - but, if you have small soft balls (like a dodge ball), yoga mats, yoga straps, you can use them!
• Cost? The Daily Burn costs only your time!

We have themes as well! 

• Mood Monday - wear what you want
• Team Tuesday - wear your favorite jersey 
• Wacky Wednesday - Craziest color/sweatshirt/sweater
• Throw Back Thursday - old warm-ups, knee high workout socks
